We specialize in Italian American Cooking, Sandwiches, and Catering. We have everything from Salads to Shrimp Scampi to The Philadelphia Cheese Steak. All of our entrees like Chicken Marsala or Chicken Broccoli Alfredo are made from scratch when they are ordered.
I am a born and raised Philly native that loves to ski. I came out West to Ski and Cook. I take pride in everything I serve and don’t care to offer anything less. I’ve worked in many restaurants in Philadelphia so I’m bringing big city flavor to the Carson Valley.

My Father began cooking in North Philadelphia in 1962. He worked at a famous deli where he made cheese steaks and hoagies. Since then I have perfected the Cheese Steak and many other Philly Foods like the Italian Hoagie.
We have the best bread in Nevada. We developed this bread with Truckee Sourdough Company and it’s available nowhere else. Our goal is to mimic the Italian bread available in the Philadelphia region and provide food just as good as any affordable Italian restaurant in Philadelphia.
